The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating multiple car burglaries in the area of West Daughtery Road and Hilltop Lane in Lakeland.

The burglaries occurred in the late night/early morning hours between November 7th and 8th (Saturday into Sunday).

All of the vehicles that were burglarized were unlocked, which allowed the burglar easy access.

The PCSO obtained security video which showed the suspect as he was attempting to get into a truck, just before 4:00 am.

After reviewing the video, the suspect appears to be a thin male wearing two different types of shoes, and in possession of a small girl’s bicycle.
